<br />ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
<br />Mr. Punit has been involved in the design process of industrial, residential, and commercial land development projects,
<br />in both the public and private sectors. He has assisted with the design of various stormwater systems, grading schemes,
<br />site plan designs and roadway projects. In addition to his land development experience, his construction field
<br />experience includes erosion and environmental control monitoring. Mr. Punit has used both AutoCAD and Microstation to
<br />aid in the design of numerous projects.
<br />At RJ Behar, he is responsible for support in the areas of design and permitting for multiple projects. These projects
<br />range from municipal to federal, with job duties including site and drainage design, plan revisions, and utility and project
<br />coordination. Mr. Punit has three years of experience.
<br />RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />MIAMI RIVER GREENWAYS, SEGMENT D — CITY OF MIAMI, FL
<br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway design including drainage improvements, signing and marking, as well
<br />as lighting design. The project consists of the reconstruction of an existing roadway segment along the Miami River to
<br />produce a scenic, landscaped, pedestrian /bicycle walkway /greenway. The project includes the design of a drainage
<br />system with wells, decorative lighting and landscape /hardscape design.

<br />COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Project Engineer responsible for the design and permitting — The scope of services includes milling and resurfacing,
<br />signing and pavement markings, traffic control plans and ADA and pedestrian features upgrades. Enhanced traffic signal
<br />signage was required due to a high rate of accidents at the corridor's one signalized intersection. Additionally, the
<br />Typical Section was modified to accommodate bicycle lanes without widening.
<br />NW 87th AVENUE (SR- 973 /GALLOWAY ROAD) MIAMI -DADE COUNTY, FL — FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway plans preparation and drainage plans. The scope consisted of new
<br />construction of NW 871h Avenue (from NW 741h Street to NW 103rd Street) within the Town of Medley in Florida.

<br />Project Engineer responsible for the design, quality assurance reviews of the plans, permitting and coordination with
<br />respective agencies. The scope of this project includes milling and resurfacing, installation of decorative stamped
<br />concrete and asphalt, lighting, landscaping, and street furniture. This is a FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) Project.

<br />Project Engineer for the design and production of roadway, drainage, signing and pavement marking plans.
<br />PALM AVENUE (FROM WEST 45th STREET TO WEST 47th STREET) CITY OF HIALEAH, FL
<br />Project Engineer — He assisted with the roadway improvement plans, milling and resurfacing, drainage, signing and
<br />pavement markings as well as lighting plans The scope of this project consisted of roadway improvements, milling and
<br />resurfacing, drainage, signing and pavement markings and lighting plans on Palm Avenue from West 45th Street to West
<br />47th Street in the City of Hialeah.
