METHODOLOGY <br />SAFETY <br />South Florida traffic conditions require that the assigned staff is intimately familiar with roadway conditions and <br />characteristics, and able to assess and mitigate situations of risk by providing prudent response. FTE <br />understands that the safety of the staff and the general public is a main concern, and our safety procedures <br />have proven to be very effective. In addition, all staff assigned to this contract will abide by FTE's general safety <br />rules. All field trucks and vans are equipped with safety advisory features, and at all times, field crews will <br />consist of two team members either during the installation of equipment or daily inspections. <br />CURRENT AND PLANNED WORKLOADS <br />We are fully capable of maintaining its full commitment to this project, while meeting the needs of other clients. <br />Our staff's availability is high at this time. FTE has qualified professionals and technical staff available for the <br />required services. Based on the existing and anticipated workload, FTE will have no conflict in committing staff <br />to this project. Our staff availability will permit immediate mobilization on this project, and FTE will dedicate a <br />high priority to this project throughout its duration. In addition, FTE is committed to dedicating the proposed <br />staff for the necessary time on any assigned task by the City and by our Project Manager.
