Furthermore, a detailed schedule of each project allows FTE's project managers to control more <br />efficiently and effectively, while keeping project teams organized to meet the objective of the organization. <br />QA /QC PROGRAM <br />FTE is committed to providing accurate, error -free documents and reports for all <br />products related with each task assigned as part of this contract. We are aware tun <br />that high level of quality expected from the traffic engineering consultants to the <br />general public is paramount. This plan includes as a minimum the following issues <br />to ensure that the production meets accuracy and timeliness: �• s .. _ <br />• Check and balances. <br />• Progress Report Monitoring <br />• Solutions that comply with FDOT standards. `�” - -- <br />• Deal with errors - omissions. • Verification of accuracy of data collection equipment, and field procedures. <br />.:.....:..,..:.. . <br />• Training of staff in compliance with QA /QC procedures updated standards and <br />methodologies. <br />• Integrated reviews of all work measurement levels, field observations, guidelines, plans, goals, etc. <br />• Filing documentation with internal monitoring and audits of production <br />• Cost Control <br />To meet this goal FTE has constructed a Quality Control Plan that utilizes the principals in the Shewhart Cycle. <br />FTE expanded on this theory and created a plan that allows one to develop Quality Control practices on a <br />company wide scale and for specialized projects. <br />We are committed to providing accurate, error -free documents and reports for all products related to each task assigned as part of this <br />contract.
