c REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - RFQ 11 -11 -01 FTF TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SERVICES H. QUALIFICATIONS Feasibility Modeling FTE is known for our ability to develop innovative and sound solutions to address macro and micro transportation issues, present and future. Our experience include developing accurate and credible traffic forecasts for some of challenging modeling projects using CUBE, SERPM 6.5, or FSUTMS. FTE is familiar with traffic growth analysis and methodologies by FDOT based on land use modification and transit oriented development. FTE is committed to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with a quality project on schedule. FTE values the importance of meeting milestone dates, review dates, and final submittal dates with immediate response. We also understand that a schedule is intended not only for the consultant, but also for the City to coordinate their ! resources for reviewing submittals and for reporting to other City members. FTE is committed to meeting the City's schedule and budget requirements, as well as, assign the most qualified staff to carry out the work received under this project. I i Ravi Devaguptapu, as a Project Manager will be the central administrator for all the activities of this project. Under his management, there will be prompt and continuous communication with the City's Project Manager. Our project manager will be available to meet with the City and the Project - Stakeholders at their request. Following are key elements for considerations regarding our Team that will allow us to administer and manage this project above all other proposers: • A complete understanding of the technical requirements of this project • First hand access to state -of- the -art technology • Commitment to an on -going Quality Control Program • Coordination with other City departments, agencies, and other Consultants • The extensive experience and understanding of projects, with similar scopes in nature, which enables the staff to be responsive, to perform tasks properly, and to provide quality products and documents within a very short time frame • The locality and familiarity factors. As a result, FTE's organizational management approach is based on a pro- active leadership that strives for customer satisfaction, achievement and success. FTE's leadership is conscientious that timeliness and effectiveness of response to each of task is imperative for this important contract without overextending administrative costs.
