r <br />,J <br />Mr. Devaguptapu is a unique project manager with extensive experience related to all aspects of <br />the scope of services. He has more than 17 years of experience with traffic data collection, traffic <br />operations studies, traffic safety studies, project traffic reports, operational analyses, access <br />management, and signal design. Ravi has performed quality assurance /quality control reviews on <br />various design projects. He has been trained in Roadway Safety Audits. He has successfully managed traffic data <br />collection and traffic engineering contracts for FDOT, Counties, and other municipalities. He has managed over <br />12,000 automatic traffic counts, several hundred turning movement counts, involved with over 60 traffic <br />monitoring sites, designed several traffic signals, and has been involved with safety audits of several roadways <br />for preparation of scoping reports. He is a registered professional engineer and a registered professional traffic <br />operations engineer. In addition to Florida, he is registered as a P.E. in 6 other states. He specializes in <br />traffic design, which involves the preparation of <br />signalization, highway lighting, signing and pavement <br />marking, and maintenance of traffic plans. He has <br />served as the traffic engineer of record on more than <br />100 projects, including 12 interstate projects. He has <br />also successfully completed two FDOT courses for the <br />preparation of maintenance of traffic plans.
