The <br />project included new grading, walkway and drainage to the portion west of Collins <br />Avenue and a renovated and expanded parking lot in the portion east of Collins <br />Avenue. <br />Month and Year the project was started and completed: Design Start: 2004; Construction <br />Completion: 2009 <br />Role of Firm and Responsibilities: <br />Under contract to M.C. Harry and Associates, Consulting Engineering & Science, <br />Inc. served as the Civil Engineer of Record for the design, preparation of construction <br />documents, permitting and construction administration services for this project. <br />Services included safety upgrades, walkways and resurfacing on the Collins Avenue <br />frontage, including securing FDOT permits. <br />City RFP No. 11 -11 -01 11 <br />
