Project Manager <br />B.S., Civil Engineering, University of Detroit, 1973. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />Mr. Bochnovich has extensive experience in all areas of civil engineering, including site <br />and land development engineering, transportation and highway engineering, utility <br />engineering, coastal engineering and construction field coordination and quality control. <br />He has been responsible for the design and preparation of construction drawings and <br />technical specifications for numerous paving, grading, drainage, water distribution, <br />sewage collection and stormwater management projects; as well as for numerous coastal <br />structures including slope revetments, concrete seawalls, steel bulkheads, <br />recreational/commercial marinas and various special structures including overwater <br />platforms and ferry docking facilities. <br />His specific project experience includes the civil/site planning and design of numerous <br />commercial/office developments and numerous low -rise and highrise residential <br />apartment and condominium developments. These have ranged in size from 1 to 30 acres <br />in area and from less than 50 to over 1,000 units; located throughout Miami -Dade, <br />Broward and Palm Beach Counties. His roadway design experience includes residential <br />streets, a number of 4 -lane divided arterial roadways and modifications of a number of <br />State highways. His specific coastal engineering experience includes the planning and <br />design of marinas in Florida; Puerto Rico; and, at Paradise Island, Bahamas. <br />Over the past 36 years, Mr. Bochnovich has served as Project Principal, Project Manager <br />and /or Project Engineer for a variety of hotel /resort, residential and residential /mixed use <br />projects throughout the quad - County South Florida area. Most recently these have <br />included the Margaritaville Resort and Apogee Beach Condominium in Hollywood, <br />Florida; the Lofts 1 & II Workforce Housing projects in the City of Miami, Florida; and, <br />the Plaza at Brickell and 500 Brickell Residential/Mixed Use projects in Miami, Florida. <br />His specific public facilities experience includes serving as Civil/Site Principal and <br />Engineer of Record for the Monroe County Regional Service Center, the Florida Keys <br />Aqueduct Authority (FKAA) Service Center and various projects within the campus of <br />Florida International University.
