PREWITT, P.E. <br />Design Engineer <br />Mr. Prewitt has over 11 years of experience in the areas of land development; stormwater <br />management and drainage; and, utility systems planning and design. He has been <br />F responsible for the design, preparation of construction documents and construction <br />administration services for a variety of site development, roadway, storm drainage, water <br />distribution and sewage collection, transmission and treatment projects. <br />Mr. Prewitt has served as Project Engineer for, and has been responsible for the design <br />and preparation of construction drawings for, numerous residential and commercial <br />development projects. These have included 1300 Ponce de Leon Boulevard, the 1600 <br />Ponce de Leon Boulevard, the Giralda Complex and the 396 Alhambra projects in Coral <br />Gables. Mr. Prewitt also served as Project Engineer for the design and preparation of <br />construction drawings for the Key West Harbour Yacht Club; and, a number of mixed <br />use high -rise condominium/ apartment/office projects, including projects in Miami -Dade, <br />Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe Counties. <br />Mr. Prewitt has served as Project Engineer for a number of public projects throughout <br />Miami -Dade County and the Cities of Miami, Miami Beach and Hialeah. These have <br />included historic renovation projects such as the Chinese Bridge Restoration/Renovation <br />at the County's Deering Estate and the Thalatta Park Restoration/Expansion in Palmetto <br />Bay; the County's Country Club of Miami Community and Aquatic Center; and, the City <br />of Miami Beach's Collins Park Renovation.
