Her <br />expertise includes all forms of environmental services and National Environmental <br />f Protection Act (NEPA) documentation relating to the impacts of transportation and <br />restoration projects on the natural, physical and social environment. Ms. Radzikhovsky's <br />years of experience includes mitigation services such as planning and construction of <br />mitigation site developments, permitting and agency coordination, monitoring surveys, <br />development of monitoring plans, and permit compliance during construction. In addition <br />to mitigation services, Ms. Radzikhovsky's experience includes environmental support <br />t) services such as preparation of environmental documents (i.e. Categorical Exclusions, <br />Environmental Assessments, etc.), construction plans, and permit applications (State and <br />Federal) for NEPA compliance. <br />Ms. Radzikhovsky's project experience includes the management of the Districtwide <br />Environmental Data and Report, Districtwide Environmental Compliance, Districtwide <br />Mitigation and Maintenance and Districtwide Miscellaneous Permitting contracts for the <br />Florida Department of Transportation District 6; and, the management of numerous <br />projects which involved environmental permits. She also served as the NEPA and <br />Federal/State Regulatory Permit Coordinator for the South Florida Water Management <br />District's ( SFWMD) Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan (CERP). <br />Her further project management responsibilities have included the preparation of permit <br />application packages, i.e. permit sketches and applications for the Environmental <br />Resource Permit (ERP), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Dredge and Fill <br />Permits, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Coastal Construction <br />Line Permits, SFWMD Right -of -Way Occupancy Permit, Miami -Dade County <br />Environmental Management (DERM) permits and Broward County Department of <br />Natural Resources - Aquatic License. <br />City RFP No. I1 -I1 -01 <br />20 <br />
