The waterside scope of work included dredging; seawall rehabilitation; <br />Emergency Management <br />Employee encyManagelont new concrete slab and panel seawall; new marginal docks; new main piers, finger piers <br />EmpowermentTrust and mooring piles; along with supporting utility services. Concurrently, upland <br />EnlerprlseTechnologyServices improvements included pavement and drainage rehabilitation of existing parking lots, <br />Environmental Resources Management new parking areas, storm drainage modifications, utility relocations and landscape and <br />Fair Employment Practices irrigation. <br />Finance <br />Fire Rescue Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. was the prime consultant to the Miami -Dade <br />General Services Administration Park & Recreation Department for this project. Total design fees for this project were <br />HistoricPreservalion about $512,500; and, the total construction cost will be about $9.8 million. Design work <br />Homeless Trust began in 2002 and was completed in 2004. Due to funding, construction did not begin <br />HousingAgency <br />Housing Finance Authority until 2007 with completion this year. <br />Human services <br />Independent Review Panel Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc. has been instrumental in the success of this <br />International Trade Consortium project. They have always been responsive to our needs and have often taken that <br />juvenile AssessmenlCenter extra step necessary to get the job done.
