The <br />analysis included conversion of two -way stop control intersections to four -way stop <br />control, installation of speed tables and the conversion of two -way roadway segments <br />to one -way operation. <br />The analysis included the development of a comprehensive traffic flow model to <br />determine the impacts of proposed traffic calming measures.
