Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. <br />z,E X C E P T 1 0 N A L S 0 l U i 1 0 N 5 <br />a <br />I -95 DESIGN /BUILD <br />Broward /Palm Beach Counties, Florida <br />CGA provided controlled access roadway design services for this I -95 Design -Build <br />project. The project consisted of milling, resurfacing and shoulder rework of SR 9 (I -95) <br />from the Broward County Line to South of Linton Boulevard. The project also included <br />the milling and resurfacing of the on and off ramps at Palmetto Park Road, Glades Road, <br />Yamato Road, and Congress Avenue. Palmetto Park Road and Congress Avenue were <br />milled and resurfaced within the limited access right -of -way. <br />The work is more specifically described below: <br />• Milling and resurfacing of mainline and ramps. <br />• Shoulder rework of mainline. <br />• Construction of shoulder- gutter at several locations along the mainline, <br />northbound and southbound direction. <br />• Construction of miscellaneous asphalt and concrete barrier wall around bridge <br />piers along the mainline at SW 18u, Street, Spanish River Boulevard, Clint Moore <br />Road. <br />• Installation of drainage inlets and endwalls at several locations along the <br />mainline. <br />• Construction of noise wall along the mainline (northbound) at Hillsboro Canal <br />Bridge and Palmetto Park Road. <br />• Sonovoid Slab for Hillsboro Canal Bridge. <br />• Installation of guardrail and end anchorage assemblies <br />Client <br />Florida Department of <br />Transportation, District IV <br />(Subcontractor to Hardrives, <br />Inc.) <br />Contact information <br />at time of project: <br />Henry Oaikhena, PE <br />Project Manager <br />3400 W.
