Projected traffic volumes ranged from the existing year <br />to the year 2030. <br />Florida Department of Transportation District IV Traffic Operations Contract, FL: Project included <br />five counties and involved work orders for traffic operation studies such as signal warrant studies, conflict <br />analysis studies, speed studies, corridor studies, interchange studies, pedestrian studies, and signal <br />design.[21 <br />US Highway 1, Monroe County FL: Travel Time Study involving two weeks of data collection including <br />recording no passing zones, types of delays, and locations of delays. A final report was produced <br />summarizing the levels of service based on the calculated vehicular travel speeds.[2] <br />State Road 80 Access Management Plan, Fort Myers FL: A traffic study was prepared to improve <br />aesthetics and safety of pedestrians and motorists traveling the area. The project involved the planning <br />process for the development of an access management plan to implement a raised median along a five -lane <br />roadway. The raised median is replacing the two -way left turn lane. This was a locally administered project <br />on a state owned and maintained highway that required close coordination with the Florida Department of <br />Transportation District I representatives. The study included traffic data collection, pedestrian analysis, <br />accident analysis, coordination with City of Fort Myers Staff, and community involvement with business <br />owners and residents. p, <br />City of Fort Myers Traffic Engineering Term Agreement, FL: Project involved multiple traffic <br />engineering tasks such as pedestrian studies, site plan review, and serving as an on -site traffic consultant. <br />City of Fort Myers City Wide Traffic Calming, FL: The project involved the development of a traffic <br />calming plan for each of the five (5) wards in the City of Fort Myers. Data collection analysis included speed <br />data, traffic volume data, and origin destination data; the data was then presented to City staff and <br />residents with the recommended traffic calming improvements.
