<br />SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />Mr. Caratozzolo has over nine years of traffic engineering experience that includes
<br />engineering and planning support services in the areas of traffic impact studies,
<br />operational analyses, traffic calming, and data collection. He has worked with both
<br />private and public sector clients on a wide range of projects. Additionally, Mr.
<br />Caratozzolo has vast knowledge of traffic engineering software such as Synchro and
<br />Highway Capacity Software.
<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />State Route 54A, Penn Yan, NY: The project was a rehabilitation of six miles of State
<br />Route 54A in the Town of Jerusalem, Yates County, between Branchport and the Penn
<br />Yan Village line. The project, funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act
<br />J (ARRA), repaired pavement joints, resurfaced the highway and replaced a closed
<br />drainage system at Bluff Point. The project also consisted of constructing dedicated turn
<br />lanes and updated signs and guide rail. Responsibilities include construction inspection.
<br />J Trailways Bus Terminal Relocation, Rochester NY: The project scope was to
<br />construct a new bus terminal on an existing parking lot. Extensive modification of the
<br />existing site included new curb and pavement, concrete sidewalks, utility connections,
<br />signs, pavement markings to provide the necessary building pad, bus parking, customer
<br />parking, vehicle circulation, and pedestrian accommodations on the site. A very tight
<br />coordination with the client and various State and Local agencies was the key to meeting
<br />the aggressive project schedule and budget.

<br />Connector Road, Auburn NY: Locally Administered project involving the construction
<br />of a new two mile road connection from North Street to Grant Avenue. Responsibilities
<br />include traffic capacity analysis utilizing Synchro, traffic signal design, and maintenance
<br />& protection of traffic.
<br />Cypress Key Town Centre Royal Palm Beach FL: Signal warrant analysis and
<br />signalization plans involving the projection of anticipated traffic volumes based on the
<br />proposed plan of development. Construction plan included design for new sidewalks,
<br />curbing, median modifications, and turn lane modifications.til
<br />Flavor Pict Road and Hagen Ranch Road, Palm Beach County FL: Signalization plans
<br />for a four -way intersection including quantities, signal equipment quantities, design for
<br />l video detection, specifications for mast arm assemblies, and foundation criteria.
<br />Construction plan included design for new sidewalks, curbing, and median
<br />modifications.tll
<br />Quillen Development of Regional Impact, Indiantown, FL: Detailed traffic analysis of
<br />the surrounding roadway network impacted by the proposed plan of development of
<br />2250 residential dwelling units, 150,000 square feet of retail area, and a 15 acre private
<br />school facility. Project also included proportionate fair share cost calculations for all
<br />required roadway improvements.
