<br />Mr. Acosta will lead a CMA team of talented professionals who will utilize their previous experience on similar
<br />projects of similar size and budget to execute a successful result for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Together these
<br />professional engineers can address the most important concerns for this project: appropriate drainage; grading
<br />for an urban corridor; maintaining the pedestrian experience; protecting existing landscape features, especially
<br />canopy trees; and addressing the concerns of business owners and residents. They include the following: Oscar
<br />Bello, P.E. (over twelve years of experience - drainage design), Michael Buick, P.E. (over 11 years of experience
<br />_ government permitting), Meghan Wells, E.I., LEED AP (over two years of experience - utility coordination and
<br />design), and Marlon John (over nine years of experience - construction administration). This team has recent and
<br />current experience working on these types of projects in Miami Beach, Miami Gardens, Pinecrest, Miami Lakes
<br />and North Miami Beach.

<br />In addition, Dr. Ben Chen, P.E., BCEEis always available to attend meetings and to participate in project presentations
<br />to stakeholder groups, advisory boards, and elected officials. Together, Dr. Chen and I have over 4S years of
<br />combined experience, including continuing services contracts. We pride ourselves on the kind of service that can
<br />only be found in smaller organizations because every client is important to us.

<br />Nutting Engineers of Florida, Inc. provides a wide variety of engineering and materials testing services including
<br />threshold Inspections. Geotechnical engineering services include investigations, analysis, and recommendations
<br />for site feasibility, foundations, embankments, pavements, retention structures, and other earthworks projects.
<br />
<br />Stoner and Associates, Inc. has over 25 employees including four licensed professional surveyors and mappers
<br />supervising six survey field crews. Stoner and Associates has developed a reputation as a professional, reliable
<br />company that provides accurate surveys, legal documentation and associated services combined with dependable
<br />service for over a decade.

<br />Chen Moore and Associates has been involved in all stages of a project, including planning, design, permitting,
<br />grant preparation and administration, contract administration, construction management and public relations.
<br />We have extensive experience working on roadway and drainage projects in heavily utilized as well as residential
<br />rights-of-way and the expertise to effectively develop construction documents that minimize disruptions to the
<br />public while ensuring a successful project within the budget. Our ability to utilize GIS to assist in the data collection
<br />along with our surveyors allows us to be more cost effective and, more importantly, allows us to find project design
<br />solutions sooner.

<br />We understand that the goal of the project is to create practical and effective designs, addressing the stormwater
<br />requirements ofthe project in the most cost effective manner, while giving top level service to the City of Sunny Isles
<br />Beach and its residents. Through our extensive experience, we also understand the importance of communication
<br />with the residents before, during and after construction to make the construction process as seamless as possible
<br />for all parties involved.

<br />Because we are locally based and have been in Miami-Dade County for over 14 years, we are very familiar with
<br />the applicable regulatory agencies and have well-developed working relationships with all permitting agencies,
<br />including Miami-Dade County DERM, South Florida Water Management District, Miami-Dade County Public Works,
<br />Florida DEP and the Florida Department of Transportation.
