<br />) <br /> <br />1 <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />. Site specific field visit <br />CMA has conducted a site specific field visit of the project area. Example items noted during the field <br />visit performed and requiring coordination and review in project design and construction include: <br />Existing outfall located at South End of North Bay Drive <br />Existing stormwater structures and above ground utilities <br />Existing general development including multi-family residential buildings locations and <br />entrances <br />Existing low elevations holding standing water <br />Existing trees and landscaping <br />Existing Bus Transit routes <br />Existing speed bumps <br />Additional streetscape components to be considered along the corridor such as areas to address <br />current ADA code requirements; current pavement marking and signage code requirements; <br />pedestrian crosswalk requirements; implementation of traffic calming measures, etc. <br /> <br />. Additional information <br />Upon successful section of CMA by the City to provide the proposed services, the existing site assessment <br />and planning phase services of the project already conducted above may be supplemented by the <br />following available or specifically requested --:'iI <br />information: <br /> <br />Existing available survey information to be <br />reviewed and utilized in preparing a project <br />specific survey under this project. <br />Existing available soils/geotechnical reports <br />to be reviewed and utilized in preparing site <br />specific geotechnical testing under this project. <br />Existing environmental reports <br />Videotape of existing drainage system to <br />evaluate/assess existing condition <br />Local concerns/reports/general knowledge <br />regarding the proposed project (i.e., speak with City staff and/or residents and/or business <br />owners regarding reports of stormwater ponding/poor drainage conditions) <br />Available traffic studies, traffic counts, turning movements, accident reports, etc. <br />Available equipment/operation and maintenance reports and manuals (i.e., maintenance <br />schedules, etc.) <br />Proposed work/developments within the project area for coordination <br />Existing master plans, drainage/utility master plans, capital improvement plans, etc. <br />Existing permits, regulatory authorizations, permit conditions <br /> <br />The existing available data can be obtained from a variety of sources including the City itself, utility <br />owners, regulatory agencies, other government agencies and available published data. <br /> <br />In addition to reviewing existing available information, CMA will conduct a project-specific site visit to <br />identify features that may not have been identified in existing documentation and to review existing <br />conditions as they exist today. Based on a site visit and review of existing data, CMA can supplement <br />the existing data with only the required additional information, thereby providing an efficient and <br />cost effective existing conditions analysis of the project area. Additional information that is typically <br />requested includes additional survey data and site-specific geotechnical information, which would be <br />provided by our subconsultants. <br /> <br /> <br />
