Utility atlases and/or as-built information <br />CMA has requested a locate design ticket, is already aware of existing utilities within the project area <br />and has requested available utility atlases and/or as built information for the following utilities: <br />Water - Water service is provided by the City of North Miami Beach Utilities. Water mains are <br />12" in size and are approximately located on the North side of the project area. <br />Sewer - Sewer service is provided by Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department. Gravity sewer <br />mains 12" and 15" in size are located approximately at the centerline of the right-of-way. <br />AT&T - Existing AT&T utility lines exist within the project area along with utility cabinets located <br />on the north side of the project area. <br />FPL - Existing FPL underground utility lines exist within the project area along with utility <br />cabinets located on the north side of the project area. <br />Hotwire - Received confirmation that Hotwire has no conflicting utilities within the project <br />area. <br />TECO - Forwarded information to obtain existing utility information to coordinate proposed <br />improvements. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Stormwater - Existing stormwater inlets, pipes and outfalls exist <br />within the project area. <br />FOOT Stormwater - Existing stormwater inlets and pipes exist within the project area along the <br />connection of Collins Avenue with NE 174 Street. <br />Miami-Dade County Public Works - Existing traffic signals and control boxes exist within the <br />project area near the intersection of Collins Avenue with NE 174 Street. <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Street Lighting - Existing street lighting and electrical wiring is located <br />within the project area. <br /> <br />. Existing available topographic information <br />CMA has utilized existing available UDAR data to review elevation data within the project area. A <br />preliminary assessment of the UDAR data <br />completed to identify low elevation points and <br />general runoff characteristics of the project area. <br /> <br />. Existing property/parcel information <br />CMA has utilized existing available GIS parcel and <br />County data to obtain existing property/parcel <br />data. Existing parcels are illustrated in above <br />preliminary GIS map. <br /> <br />. Aerial photograph <br />CMA has reviewed existing aerial photographs of the project area and noted: the proximity of available <br />outfall locations, existing outfall locations; existing above ground utilities to be coordinated; existing <br />area property developments; existing landscaping/trees that will need to be coordinated for the <br />implementation of the proposed project; existing traffic control of the project area; etc. <br /> <br />
