Juan H. Vazquez, PE, PH, BCEE (Drainage Engineer) will be responsible for the overall drainage <br />evaluation for the project. He has more than 26 years of experience in design, permitting and <br />construction of drainage improvements projects. He has been Engineer of Record in over 200 drainage <br />projects. <br /> <br />. David Boyer, P.E., (Drainage Engineer) has over 26 years of stormwater management design <br />experience, treatment system design, highway, municipal and private drainage design, and project <br />management. He also has an extensive background in roadway drainage design and permitting <br />projects for the Florida Department of Transportation (FOOT) on multiple Interstate and Turnpike <br />roadway widenings. <br /> <br />. Javier Rodriguez, PE has extensive experience in urban and rural roadway design, including <br />geometry, drainage, quantity computation and construction cost estimating. His expertise includes <br />project scheduling and administration, He has served as design engineer, drainage engineer and <br />permit coordinator as well as project manager. At RJ Behar, Mr, Rodriguez is the Director of Civil <br />Engineering and oversees all aspects of design and construction document preparation, He has more <br />than 24 years of experience. <br /> <br />. Paola Cardenas, E.I., (Drainage Engineer) has over 10 years of design experience. She is <br />) responsible for roadway and drainage design projects and has extensive production experience with <br />the use of ASAD, Microstation and Geopak software for plans production. <br /> <br />. Carmen A. Aponte, MS, (Water Resources Engineer) has over 15 years of experience and will be <br />responsible for environmental and water resources projects. She will provide support with drainage <br />design and permitting. <br /> <br />. Sandra Sequeira, MS, EI (Drainage Engineer) has over 10 years of experience in environmental and <br />stormwater drainage design. She will provide support with drainage design and permitting. <br /> <br />STAFF AVAILABILITY <br /> <br />RJ Behar staff currently has 46 employees. We have been able to meet our client's expectations and <br />project schedules very efficiently. Our workload and that of our sub consultants will enable us to perform on <br />this contract in an efficient and expeditious manner. The staff outlined in this proposal is all located in South <br />Florida and are committed to this project. <br /> <br />The RJ Behar team has the resources and experience to successfully undertake this contract in a timely <br />and cost effective manner and produce the expected products, All the team members have committed <br />themselves to being team members responsive to the needs of the City. <br /> <br />We have recently completed major assignments for the Florida Department of Transportation and the <br />Miami Dade Expressway Authority (MDX).
