<br />ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE
<br />Mr. Vazquez has more than 26 years of civil engineering experience including the preparation of stormwater master
<br />plans, drainage studies, street improvements, designed highways, interchanges, intersections, both urban and rural,
<br />prepared pavement designs, transportation studies, hydrologic- hydraulic (H-H) and scour studies, utility relocations, etc.
<br />He recently managed a general engineering services contract with the South Florida Water Management District. In the
<br />Federal Aid assignment he was assigned several interstate projects for review of PD&E's, environmental documents and
<br />construction operations. He was also assigned to several statewide reviews, final inspection of railway crossings, and
<br />others. Mr. Vazquez is a professional hydrologist (PH) and a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) in the
<br />specialty of water supply and wastewater.

<br />MIAMI RIVER GREENWAYS, SEGMENT D - CITY OF MIAMI, FL
<br />Drainage Engineer - Designed the system of French drains in conjunction with injection wells, to handle runoff.
<br />SEABOARD MARINE CARGO TERMINAL REDEVELOPMENT PHASE III, PORT OF MIAMI, FL
<br />Principal in Charge - He provided quality control and project management services for drainage design for the
<br />redevelopment of the Seaboard terminal of the Port of Miami.
<br />DESIGN/BUILD FOR 1.595 FINAL DESIGN, BROWARD COUNTY, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 4 (AECOMIDRAGADOS)
<br />Task Manager responsible for the overall drainage master plan update and complete drainage design for the entire
<br />corridor, which includes exfiltration trench, storm sewer design and analysis, cross drain analysis, and both wet and dry
<br />retention stormwater management designs for seven out of eight design zones. He is also responsible for the drainage
<br />plan preparation for two roadway design sections, as well as all coordination between six design firms.

<br />Engineer of Record - He designed the drainage improvements for three City neighborhoods and drew up plans for the
<br />construction and specifications of three stormwater pump stations with dual pumps telemetric systems, floats, and valve
<br />boxes.
<br />NW 5th STREET BRIDGE REPLACEMENT, MIAMI, FL - FDOT, DISTRICT 6
<br />Project Manager and Drainage Engineer for drainage and Bridge Hydraulic Reports. This project included major utility
<br />coordination and large offsite discharging areas throughout the project.
<br />ANSIN BOULEVARD, DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS - CITY OF HALLANDALE BEACH, FL
<br />Project Manager - The scope involved the improvement of the drainage systems and street reconstruction in the
<br />industrial area of Ansin Boulevard.
<br />HOLLYWOOD BOULEVARD (SR.820) FROM SR.A1A TO US.1 (3R) - FDOT, DISTRICT 4
<br />Drainage Engineer - Drainage design for a resurfacing, restoration & rehabilitation (3R) project with widening, which
<br />affected all existing drainage. A separate study was conducted, to study alternatives for the resolution of flooding
<br />problems.
