<br />Mr. Gatell is the Director of Surveying & Mapping for F.R. Aleman & Associates, Inc. and is responsible for all related
<br />operations. Mr. Gatell has over 50 years of experience which covers all of the facets of Surveying and Mapping, from
<br />complicated boundary disputes to Right-of-Way, engineering, design, environmental, GPS, construction and specialized
<br />surveys.

<br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />1.95 ITS, 3 NORTHERN COUNTIES OF MARTIN, ST. LUCIE, & INDIAN RIVER, FDOT, DISTRICT 4 (3/2008 -
<br />10/2010) - FRA is the Prime Designer for this ITS Design-Build contract and serves as the Engineer of Record; as such
<br />we are responsible for all design aspects and preparation of construction plans and specifications for this project. It
<br />consists of the design and implementation of Sun Guide Software at Treasure Cost Operation Center (TCOC), Center to
<br />Center integration between TCOC and District 4 TMC, design of a fiber optical communication network subsystem, a
<br />power subsystem, a CCTV subsystem, a DMS subsystem, a vehicle detection subsystem, a VolP subsystem, a RWIS
<br />subsystem, and a HAR subsystem within the 1-95 corridor from the Palm Beach/Martin County line to the Indian River /

<br />DISTRICTWIDE UTILITY LOCATION SERVICES & D/W UNDERGROUND UTILITY SERVICES CONTRACT, FDOT,
<br />DISTRICT 4 (11/2000 - 2005; 2005 - PRESENT) - FRA has been awarded two consecutive contracts! Mr. Gatell
<br />provides survey and mapping services of existing surface and subsurface utilities to support the design of construction
<br />plans on projects selected by the Department. He provides exact horizontal and vertical locations of existing

<br />LAND SURVEYING SERVICES, MIAMI DADE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS (3/2004 - ONGOING, 3 CONSECUTIVE
<br />CONTRACTS) - FRA has been awarded two consecutive contracts as a Prime consultant by the MDCPS board.
<br />Currently Mr. Gatell serves as the Project Manager and is providing various surveying and mapping services. Under this
<br />contract FRA has performed nearly all types of surveys including: boundary, topographical, specific purpose, review of
<br />public records, title searches, elevation certificates, roof surveys and the preparation of documents for the recording of
<br />easements with utility companies and/or WASA. Other types of work provided include Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR)
<br />and subsurface utility location and designation. Over the course of the contract, we have completed 88 Work Orders
<br />most of which were at different schools, on many occasions the services were required immediately and FRA's
<br />survey/utility crews began work within 24 hours of being issued the assignment. To-date FRA's survey and utility crews
<br />have completed ninety-six work orders. A sampling of the schools FRA has served is Leisure City Elementary; Nautilus
<br />Middle/Polo Park; Joella Good Elementary; MAST Academy; Redondo Elementary; and Central West Transportation.

<br />GENERAL LAND & ENGINEERING SURVEY CONTRACT, MIAMI.DADE COUNTY, FL (2002 - ONGOING, 4
<br />CONSECUTIVE CONTRACTS) - Project Manager for this contract which involves typical survey assignments such as
<br />Preparation of Topographical, Boundary and Record Plats. This project requires a great deal of coordination with other
<br />agencies within the County such as DERM, FEMA, Parks & Recreation Department, Public Works and WASA, also the
<br />Miami Airport International Airport. Sample services that FRA has provided under this contract include complete survey
<br />for right-of-way and design for the Coral Gables Canal; right-of-way survey for the Northwest Wellfield Canal; complete
