<br />DESIGN/BUILD LIMITED ACCESS ROW FENCING IN CLAY COUNTY, FOOT, DISTRICT 2 (8/2004) - Project
<br />Surveyor - This was a Design-Build project for fencing the SR-23 (Branan Field Chaffee Road) Limited Access Right of
<br />Way from SR-21 (Blanding Boulevard) northward to 300 feet north of Kendlewood drive at Clay County. Fence line
<br />staking and minor roadway improvements, as well as, control, design, right of way and construction surveying were also

<br />DISTRICTWIDE UTILITY LOCATION SERVICES (2 CONSECUTIVE CONTRACTS) FOOT, DISTRICT 4 - Project
<br />Manager for this contract which involved utility location and various surveying and mapping of the existing surface and
<br />subsurface utilities. This contract provided support to the design and construction plans on projects performed by the
<br />District and it's Consultants. The survey and subsurface field crews provided accurate horizontal and vertical dimensions
<br />to locate the existing underground utilities using a multitude of methods including GPR, electromagnetic, sonic, GPS and

<br />MISCELLANEOUS SURVEY PROJECTS FOR CONTEMPORARY BUILDERS, SOUTH FLORIDA - FRA routinely
<br />provides survey services to this private developer at various residential housing developments around South Florida. As
<br />sampling of assignments include Commercial Building sites in the City of Medley, Coral Gables, Miami and Hialeah; also

<br />MISCELLANEOUS SURVEY SERVICES, MIAMI PARKING AUTHORITY - Project Manager for this contract which
<br />consisted of topographical surveys of different parcels belonging to the Miami Parking Authority. Specifically, FRA
<br />prepared a record plat "CANNER" at NW Miami Avenue, between NW 2nd Street and NW 3rd Street for the construction

<br />DISTRICTWIDE ENGINEERING SURVEY CONSULTANT (2002 - 2006) 2 CONSECUTIVE CONTRACTS, FOOT,
<br />DISTRICT 6 - Project Manager for this contract, which was awarded to FRA 2 consecutive times. FRA is proud to have
<br />accomplished 150 successful different Letters of Authorization (LOAs) over a period of 7 years. Assignments under this
<br />contract included a multitude of surveying services such as the establishment of baselines, reference points, bench
<br />marks, cross sections, topographical features, DTM, GPS and documentation for FOOT right-of-ways and control maps.
<br />The last year of the contract, FRA provided assistance to the Department in the management of other consultant survey

<br />DISTRICTWIDE SURVEYING AND MAPPING, FOOT, DISTRICT 6 (1997 - 2002) - This districtwide contract involved
<br />170 miscellaneous LOAs which involved various types of typical survey services for several locations throughout Miami-
<br />Dade and Monroe Counties. Some of the specific projects included: SR-826 NW 36th Street area parcels; establish
<br />controls and stake out Parcels for SR-826/SR-836 corridor; set and establish 170 x, y and z coordinates at aerial targets
<br />GPS and conventional; SR-997/SR-90 Intersection Bridge Replacement Survey; SR-826/SW 32nd Street Right of Way
<br />Parcels; SR-25 digital update of previous field work; Indian Creek at A1A Miami Beach Update Topo and DTM. Contact:

<br />PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYING SERVICES AGREEMENT, CITY OF MIAMI, FL (2001 - 2006) - Under this
<br />contract, FRA provided miscellaneous surveying services, some of which included Boundaries, Right-of-Way,
<br />Engineering, Design Surveys, Construction Lay Out and As Built Surveys, Horizontal Control and Vertical Control
<br />surveying for various locations with the City's jurisdiction. A sampling of areas FRA provided such services in several
<br />parks, along NW 36th Street Sewer Project, Wagner Creek drainage project, Watson Island, Lease Area at Marine
<br />Stadium and Virginia Key proposed campground, also preparation of Submerged Land Lease Surveys to present to
<br />Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the City Hall at Dinner Key Marina for the Property Management
