<br />) <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />C [ T Y <br /> <br /> <br />SUNNY <br /> <br />ISLES <br /> <br />BEACH <br /> <br />o F <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />FINAL DESIGN FOR THE DEAN ROAD ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, CITY OF <br />JACKSONVILLE & JEA - As a subconsultant, FRA provided subsurface utility location services for this <br />contract. The project boundrys were from Parental Home Road to Beach Boulevard. This was part of the Better <br />Jacksonville Plan Project. Contact: Mr. Jeffrey Westbrook, P.E. (904) 399-8300 <br /> <br />PROJECT SPECIFIC CONTRACTS FOR DISTRICTS 4, 5 AND 6 (PRIME AND SUBCONSUL T ANT ON NUMEROUS <br />JOBS) - From inception of any design project, Mr. Stanton performs the key role as utility coordinator performing all <br />required tasks to complete hundreds of successful projects, including coordinating, designating, locating, non-conductive <br />utility locating and subaqueous utility coordinating. A brief summary of some of the Utility jobs he performs for other <br />clients are discussed below: <br /> <br />· 2001 - 2005 He provided all the utility coordination for the Town of Palm Beach, as a subconsultant. This project <br />included 19.5 miles of water main improvements with in the Town. Mr. Stanton acted as a liaison between the utility <br />companies, the contractors and the FOOT to insure there were no delays or claims. He performed project <br />management and locating functions on utilities crossing at the Intercoastal Waterway at Route 706 in Palm Beach <br />County, Florida. He provided all coordination of locators and surveyors in the acquisition of utility locations data for <br />5 under waterway floor utility systems. <br /> <br />· 1994 - 1997 He did some project management on US Route 1 in Stuart, Florida, which entailed the acquisition of <br />approximately 60 non-conductive utility locations out of 80 test holes. All the work was completed by him and his <br />supportive staff in 3 ~ weeks. <br /> <br />· 1996 He was also in charge of the management of designating and locating 310 test holes on the Carver Ranches <br />Subdivision in South Broward County, Florida. Besides field operations, Mr. Stanton also performed coordination <br />with the Project Engineer and surveyors. <br /> <br />· 1996 In addition, he worked on air vacuum excavation of test holes on various utilities at the Piscataway <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant, Piscataway, Maryland, for a consultant planning new yard piping (12" to 96"). Mr. <br />Stanton's responsibilities included test hole setup, excavation as deep as 17' and coordination of surveyors. <br /> <br />· 1986 - 1996 Furthermore, he was responsible for the administration of various field offices in Florida, New York, <br />Arizona and Texas on contract locating assignments marked gas, electric, telephone and cable television. <br /> <br />*.
