<br />SUNNA V ITS PHASE IV SEGMENT I (MP 155 TO MP 227) FDOT TURNPIKE (10/2005 - 11/2006) - This contract
<br />involved the design and construction of Phase IV, Segment I of the SunNav Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
<br />project in St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee, and Osceola Counties. The extension of the SunNav communications
<br />network shall continue system communications from the Phase II terminus (MP 155) northward to MP 227 and shall
<br />integrate existing dynamic message signs (OMS) and Highway Advisory Radio (HAR) elements already deployed, as
<br />well as a new Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) camera system and fiber optic communication network integrated with
<br />the traffic management center (TMC) in Pompano Beach. We provided a Fiber Optic Cable (FOC) communication
<br />distribution facility (Trunk, Drop, and Lateral Cables), full CCTV coverage of the project area; provide fiber
<br />communication to existing CCTV's, OMS's and HAR's (conduit infrastructure only) as well as Electrical Power Service to
<br />the proposed CCTV and communication field equipment. The MECO/FRA Design-Build Team will thoroughly document
<br />the design of the constructed project as well as testing and warranty of the materials installed. FRA provided subsurtace

<br />SUNNAV ITS PHASE II (SR-91 FROM MP 75 TO MP 155), FDOT TURNPIKE (8/2004 - 9/2005) - This Design/Build
<br />project included the design and installation of 80 miles of single mode Fiber Optic cable, 85 CCTVs, the Distribution of
<br />Power Services to every location along the project route, and the testing of all of the installed equipment based on test
<br />procedures developed for this project. The power design included the resources to add additional equipment
<br />components such as those items required for Vehicle Detection, Automatic Vehicle Identification and Highway Advisory
<br />Radio. As part of a Design/Build team he was responsible for the Design of many aspects of the project including: fiber
<br />optics, power distribution, communications, test procedures for the equipment and field-testing. FRA served as the
<br />Engineer of Record for this contract, within our responsibilities, FRA provided survey and utility services. Contact: Mr.

<br />ENGINEERING & DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION IN THE SOUTH CHANNEL, FPL (2002) - As a
<br />subconsultant, FRA provided survey and subsurtace utility locating services which were required to locate multiply
<br />facilities underground for the relocation of a MIAMI BEACH 69k V and 138k V transmission line. This project consisted

<br />PROFESSIONAL MISCELLANEOUS SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING LOCATING SERVICES,
<br />HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY - FRA provided all necessary utility engineering services to designate locate survey and
<br />map existing surtace and subsurtace utilities to support the design of construction plans on projects selected by the
<br />department. Our crews provided exact horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities by way of
<br />electromagnetic, sonic and other geophysical location techniques including vacuum excavation. Contact: Mr. Jose

<br />MISCELLANEOUS INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS ORANGE COUNTY, FDOT, DISTRICT 5 (9/2005 - 3/2005)
<br />FRA provided miscellaneous surveys and utility locates at the following locations in Orange County: McCulloch Road,
<br />Dean Road with Lake Georgia Drive, Chickasaw Trail, Millinockett Lane, Lake Underhill Road, Golden Rod Road.

<br />GEOTECHNICAL SERVICES FOR THE MIAMIINTERMODAL CENTER, FDOT, DISTRICT 6 (11/2000 - 2004) - Utility
<br />Coordinator for the prime consultant, provides all the necessary services to designate, locate by excavation, survey and
<br />map existing surtace and subsurtace utilities to support the three design consultants for the MIC under contract to FOOT.
<br />He provides exact horizontal and vertical locations of existing underground utilities by way of electromagnetic, sonic and

<br />DISTRICTWIDE PD&E STUDIES, FDOT, DISTRICT 6 (11/2000 - 2003) - Although a PD&E project, utility locating
<br />services were assigned to support design contracts. Mr. Stanton managed the utility coordinating, locating and
<br />designating services for this contract. A special commendation from the project manager was received for FRA's utility
<br />services.
