I)

)

length of approximately 10.5 miles. The project consists of the reconstruction, addition of auxiliary lanes
and resurfacing of the 1-595 mainline (including associated improvements to frontage roads and ramps), and a new
reversible express lanes system in the 1-595 median. Under Mr. Stanton's direction, FRA is providing SUE services to
support the design and construction for approximately 15.5 miles of the interstate highway system. FRA provides
designation of all requested underground utilities by means of electromagnetic and ground penetrating radar (GPR). In
addition, we are providing utility locations using the vacuum excavation method for approximately 1500 possible utility
conflicts. Our in-house surveying group is providing the necessary survey support so we may deliver a standalone
product certified by a professional Land Surveyor. The schedule of this project was very demanding, FRA was required
to complete all required SUE work within the first six months of the design. We completed all work on-time! Contact: Mr.
Dong Chen (954) 777- 4362

LAND SURVEYING SERVICES, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS (3/2004 - PRESENT) - FRA has been
awarded two consecutive contracts as a Prime consultant by the MDCPS board. Under this contract we have performed
nearly all types of survey services including boundary, topographical, specific purpose, title searches, elevation
certificates, roof surveys, etc. Other types of work provided include to the school board include ground penetrating radar
(GPR), underground utility location and designation. Mr. Stanton serves as the SUE coordinator for this project. Over the
course of the contract, we been assigned 96 Work Orders most of which were at different schools, on many occasions
the services were required immediately and FRA's survey/utility crews have begun work within 24 hours of being issued.
Contact: Ms. Nancy Tobin (305) 995-2423

SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES, JACKSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (2008) - FRA worked to
perform a specific purpose survey to verify and clear a route for 1500 linear feet of underground 18' diesel fuel lines to
upgrade the hospitals' present day emergency back generators. This project involved FRA performing on-site
Designations and Locations of possible underground utilities in conflict with the hospital's proposed fuel pipe line route.
Our specific purpose survey included a site plan that showed all the facilities identified for the engineer of record to use
for their design needs to design a safe and buildable pipeline route. Contact: Mr. Arnaldo Rodriguez

1-95 ITS, 3 NORTHERN COUNTIES OF MARTIN, ST. LUCIE, & INDIAN RIVER, FDOT, DISTRICT 4 (3/2008 -
10/2010) - FRA is the Prime Designer for this ITS Design-Build contract and serves as the Engineer of Record; as such
we are responsible for all design aspects and preparation of construction plans and specifications for this project. FRA is
also providing Survey and Subsurface Utility Locates within the 1-95 corridor from the Palm Beach/Martin County line to
the Indian River/Brevard County line (approximately 71 miles). Contact: Mr. Dong Chen (954) 777- 4362

DISTRICTWIDE UTILITY NEGOTIATIONS/COORDINATION, FDOT, DISTRICT 4 (5/2004 - PRESENT) - Mr. Stanton
provides Utility Coordination services for this contract; FRA has successfully completed over 10 major utility coordination
assignments for the Department. He also reviews plans for the District using information collected during field visits and
meetings with pertinent utilities. The goal is to ensure all potential conflicts are located/resolved and the final plans reflect
the identified information properly before the start of construction. Contact: Ms. Anne Endsley (954) 777 -4128/Mr. Gary
Keife, P.E. (954) 777-4684

SUBSURFACE UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES, JACKSON MEMORIAL HOSPITAL (2003) - FRA performed
testhole services at JMH for PEICO to verify 25 locations in possible conflict with a new proposed chiller line. Mr. Stanton
coordinated directly with JMH engineering staff to propose on a new chiller pipe route. FRA performed on site
designations with GPR devices to verify and detect underground utilities that included water, sewer, elec, fiber optic and
various underground facilities owned and operated by JMH. This included a specific purpose survey by our in-house
survey department to certify our deliverables to the client. Contact: Mr. Gregory Harris (954) 777-4556

DISTRICTWIDE UTILITY LOCATION SERVICES, FDOT, DISTRICT 6 (8/1999 - 12/2005) - Project Manager who
facilitated a quick response to the Department when ordering subsurface exploration services. He provided all the
necessary services to designate, locate by excavation, survey and map existing surface and subsurface utilities to
support the design of construction plans on projects selected by the Department. He provided exact horizontal and
vertical locations of existing underground utilities by way of electromagnetic, sonic and other geophysical location
techniques including vacuum excavation. Contact: Mr. Tony Soto (305) 470-5232

SUNNAV ITS PHASE IV, SEGMENT II (MP 227 TO MP 309) FDOT TURNPIKE (11/2005 - 12/2006) - Mr. Stanton
directed the subsurface utility engineering team as required for this design-build contract which involved the design and
construction of Phase IV, Segment I of the SunNav ITS project in St. Lucie, Indian River, Okeechobee, and Osceola
crlJl R.
