SCHEDULE, STAFF A VAfLABILlTY AND CAPABILITY SCHEDULE RJ Behar is completely familiar with the logic involved in scheduling projects. We utilize Microsoft Projects and/or Primavera software for scheduling all of our projects, RJ Behar Project Manager will identify all discrete activities, resources and efforts required for each task, and prepare a schedule on Microsoft Project. Inputs to the schedule will be activities, duration of each activity, predecessors and successors to each activity, efforts required to complete each activity, and personnel assigned to successfully complete each activity. ) This process will result in a "Project Schedule" identifying activities which are on the "critical path" as well as float time in other activities. This is particularly important because activities on the "critical path" cannot slip without adversely impacting the "Project Schedule". Milestones will be established which RJ Behar Project Manager will use to monitor all activities assuring the proper level of staffing to strictly adhere to the "Project Schedule". Team meetings will be held on a regular basis to review progress and assure compliance with the "Project Schedule". Meeting minutes and Progress Reports can be submitted to the City on a monthly basis. Progress Reports will detail the status of all activities, those activities completed within the last thirty days and those scheduled for the next thirty-day period. This enables City staff to be adequately informed and be able to address inquiries from the City Manager and City Elected Officials, See project schedule on next page for more detail. .~..--.. ....
