SCHEDULE, STAFF A VAfLABILlTY AND CAPABILITY <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br /> <br />RJ Behar is completely familiar with the logic involved in scheduling projects. We utilize Microsoft Projects <br />and/or Primavera software for scheduling all of our projects, RJ Behar Project Manager will identify all <br />discrete activities, resources and efforts required for each task, and prepare a schedule on Microsoft <br />Project. Inputs to the schedule will be activities, duration of each activity, predecessors and successors to <br />each activity, efforts required to complete each activity, and personnel assigned to successfully complete <br />each activity. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />This process will result in a "Project Schedule" <br />identifying activities which are on the "critical <br />path" as well as float time in other activities. <br />This is particularly important because activities <br />on the "critical path" cannot slip without <br />adversely impacting the "Project Schedule". <br />Milestones will be established which RJ Behar <br />Project Manager will use to monitor all activities <br />assuring the proper level of staffing to strictly <br />adhere to the "Project Schedule". Team <br />meetings will be held on a regular basis to <br />review progress and assure compliance with the "Project Schedule". Meeting minutes and Progress <br />Reports can be submitted to the City on a monthly basis. Progress Reports will detail the status of all <br />activities, those activities completed within the last thirty days and those scheduled for the next thirty-day <br />period. This enables City staff to be adequately informed and be able to address inquiries from the City <br />Manager and City Elected Officials, See project schedule on next page for more detail. <br /> <br />.~..--.. ....
