`'l of suN r"_ . <br />accordance with applicable rules, laws, requirements, regulations, and ordinances, <br />compliance with all engineering drawings /reports /documentation, compliance with all <br />permitting requirements, construction of work as intended by engineered <br />drawings /reports /documentation, painting to match existing, cleaning of the area daily <br />(limited mobilization), close -out in a manner acceptable to the City, clean -up, pedestrian <br />controls that allow one restroom to remain in use by the public as long as practical (written <br />approval by the City required), repairs to damaged property whether within the vicinity of the <br />bathrooms or inside the bathrooms or on the structure, and other items necessary to ensure <br />that this turn -key project is turned over to the City in a 100% complete manner. <br />The strength of the concrete MUST be in conformance with the structural engineer's <br />requirements. <br />Contractor shall consider protective measures for the rebar to be used and special concrete <br />admixtures or additives to protect from the weathering given the environment in which this <br />structure is located. <br />B. Meetings <br />The Contractor will be required to attend and /or update the City regularly on the status of <br />the project. Such meetings will be held at the City on an as needed basis. <br />C. Administration <br />Prior to the submission of a Proposal the Contractor is responsible for field inspections, field <br />review, utility locations, and becoming familiar with any and all site conditions that might <br />otherwise hinder the Contractor's ability to perform said services and include all necessary <br />accommodations and resolution as part of the Contractor's proposal. <br />D. Building Permit <br />The Contractor will be required to obtain, submit, and retrieve all applications for permits, <br />final permits, pay for all fees, and implement all requirements of the permits. City fees are <br />waived; however, Miami -Dade surcharges do apply. For more information please contact the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Building Department. <br />E. Signage <br />As this area is a beach access, it is required that the Contractor provide sufficient protection <br />and barricades (at their cost) to control pedestrians, visitors, and residences traversing <br />through the area. Sufficient and complete signage must be provided by the Contractor as <br />necessary. <br />Coordination <br />Please coordinate all site visits with Mr. Rob Williamson at 786 - 202 -7391. Contractor is <br />welcome to access the women's bathroom at anytime during normal business hours (i.e. <br />7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). Contractor is required to contact Mr. Robert Williamson to <br />coordinate a time for the visit.
