Coastal Systems was part of the design team for the <br />redevelopment of this waterfront area of South Beach. <br /> <br />Site/civil engineering services were provided to design the paving, <br />grading stormwater management and Right-of-Way streetscape for <br />the 4-acre site. The stormwater management included the design <br />and permitting of three (3) drainage injection wells. Miami-Dade <br />DERM and NPDES permitting services were also provided. Coastal <br />Systems also designed the water and sanitary sewer services for the <br />site. Fire lines, potable water, and sanitary sewer lines were <br />coordinated with the MEP consultants for the three (3) buildings. <br /> <br />As part of the site development, Coastal Systems also designed and <br />permitted the waterfront improvements. These improvements <br />included approximately 500 linear feet of sheet pile bulkhead with a <br />concrete cap. The design was coordinated with the Baywalk <br />waterfront promenade. The bulkhead also provides access to the 14- <br />slip marina. Coastal Systems designed fixed timber docks suppOlted <br />by concrete piles along with marina utilities including shore power <br />pedestals, fire protection, and sewage pump-out systems. <br /> <br />Corporate Office: 464 South Dixie Highway.
