Assist the City in providing constlUction administration to <br />ensure the project is completed in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />The Coastal Systems team has <br />a proven track record in <br />completing high quality <br />infrastructure improvement <br />projects that include paving, <br />grading, drainage, water and <br />sewer, landscape and related <br />elements. <br /> <br />Suitability of Methodologies and Approaches <br />Coastal Systems maintains Quality Assurance and Quality Control <br />(QA/Qc) throughout the Project beginning with the definition of <br />the scope of services in the contracting process through the final <br />deliverables required for the Project. A Team Leader is assigned <br />to each technical team that is responsible for preparing and <br />finalizing the deliverables in accordance with the scope of <br />services and recognized industry practice. Furthermore, the <br />Engineering Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that final <br />deliverables receive an independent review by the assigned <br />Engineering or Environmental/Permitting Principal. <br /> <br />Quality Control and Quality Assurance are implemented at all <br />levels of project delivery at Coastal Systems. senior staff reviews <br />all Project-relevant correspondence, documents, and deliverables. <br />Coastal Systems has several Florida-registered professional <br />engineers on staff that serve as Engineer-of-Record on Projects, <br />and are responsible for signing/sealing all project constlUction <br />documents. These professional engineers have over 20 years of <br />experience in the industry, and participate actively in the project <br />planning and design process. Additional key QA/QC approaches: <br /> <br />~ Review of construction plans and specifications by an <br />independent engineer, not actively involved the project as a <br />"fresh set of eyes." <br />~ Engineering plans and related-documents are submitted to <br />senior engineers for review with a "Check Print" stamp.
