Coastal Systems
has planned and designed roadway protection and restoration for a
variety of projects for municipalities including City of Miami
Beach, City of Dania Beach, and City of Miami. Pavement
restoration will be minimized, to the fullest extent possible, to
avoid costly pavement overlays.

Permitting - regulatory permitting specialists are on staff at
Coastal Systems and work closely with the engineering team to
confirm the agencies that have jurisdiction over the project. This
project will require an Environmental Resource Permit (ERP) for
the proposed drainage improvements. This permit is based on the
SFWMD guidelines, and this agency will likely have jurisdiction
unless Miami-Dade PERA will process the ERP under an
operating agreement with PERA. In addition, a Class 2 permit is
required from PERA for any proposed outfalls.

Easements - the design will be optimized to remain in the public
Right-of-Way, however if necessary Hadonne will provide the
easement surveys for Coastal Systems to prepare easement
documents. Coastal Systems will work closely with the City to
coordinate these easements with the propelty owners for the
required underground improvements.

Corporate Office: 464 South Dixie Highway.
