The primary objectives of this 3R project are: to extend the service life of the existing pavement, <br />improve the flow of traffic, and enhance highway safety in the corridor by upgrading its deficiencies <br />to current 3R criteria, The 3R improvements will also consider any previous commitments to other <br />governmental agencies or as determined by any previous studies performed. Design components <br />include roadway design, drainage, storm sewer, signing and pavement markings, signalization, utility <br />coordination, lighting, permit preparation, survey, geotechnical, and landscaping, <br /> <br />S.R. AlA (OCEAN DRIVE) <br /> <br />Resurfacing} Restoration and Rehabilitation <br />Florida Department of Transportation - District Four <br />Completion Date: September 2008, Project Budget: $1,600,000 <br />RRR Milling and resurfacing of SR AlA from south of Sea crest Parkway (MP 0.870) to Azalea Terrace <br />(MP 2,011), Additional improvements will include safety upgrades of ADA requirements, lighting, <br />signalization, and beautification upgrades to include landscaping, Services include roadway design, <br />drainage, signalization, maintenance of traffic, signing and pavement markings, utility coordination, <br />surveying, landscaping, geotechnical, photogrammetry, and public involvement, <br /> <br />
