<br />Dr. Mallol has over 33 years of experience totally dedicated to the areas of construction. His emphasis has
<br />been in road and bridge construction with significant participation in the infrastructure development of
<br />Southeast Florida. Dr. Mallol brings the combination of both the experience of managing a road construction
<br />company that participated in over $100 M of infrastructure work in South Florida and that of a professional
<br />offering construction management consulting services for large civil engineering projects. Additionally, Dr.
<br />Mallol has been active in the investigation and resolution of constructability issues and construction claims,
<br />providing claim analysis, scheduling analysis and expert witness testimony in construction-related claims.

<br />RElEVANT EXPERIENCE
<br />1. CSA Group, Florida
<br />Dr. Mallol is a member of CSA's Executive lead Team, where he contributes to CSA's strategic business
<br />planning and decision making. As CSA's Infrastructure Market Sector leader, Dr. Mallol coordinates with
<br />resources across all regions to develop business intelligence, leads strategic partnering opportunities, and
<br />evaluates pursuits to determine those opportunities where the company has a competitive advantage in the
<br />highways/rails, airports, ports, telecommunications, water and power markets.
<br />· SR 78 Bayshore Road. lee County, Florida. FOT D1. Construction Engineering and Inspection services for
<br />widening of SR 78 (Bayshore Road) from a two-lane roadway to a four-lane divided highway.
<br />· EI Giral Thermoelectrical Plant. Termica del Caribe, SA, the owner of the project, will put into operation a
<br />49. i-megawatts thermoelectric plant, at EI Giral in Panama. The project has been divided into two phases,
<br />the first one consisting of four 3.8-MW units, and the second one consisting of four 8.5-MW units. All units
<br />will be capable of burning "bunker C" oil and diesel. The overall design and construction of the project will
<br />take approximately 25 months forthe design, construction and commissioning of the entire project. CSA is
<br />participating as an EPC contractor in the project, responsible for the overall facility design, the
<br />construction management and the construction of the balance of plant, site development, power house
<br />construction, including a 60 MW, 13KV to 115 KV substation and a 115KV power line, and the overall
<br />supervision of the project. The estimated cost of the project is $55 million.

<br />. North Perimeter Rd - Puente America
<br />· Puente de las Americas Rehabilitation - The rehabilitation Project for the Puente de las Americas consists
<br />in the execution of studies, investigations, designs and the preliminary calculations necessary to carry out
<br />the concrete slab and floor beams replacement, relocation of public utilities that may be affected in this
<br />process, rehabilitation of the metallic structure of the arch and of the rest of the superstructure and
<br />substructure and the paint for the bridge.
<br />· Due Diligence Corredor Norte
<br />. Design-Build Services for an Overpass on OmarTorrijos Avenue and Andrews Drive- The Project consists in
<br />the execution of studies, design and Construction of a viaduct at the Intersection of Omar Torrijos Avenue
<br />and Andrews Drive, in Albrook, and also the relocation of public services that may be affected by the
<br />construction.
<br />. CHEC Infra Proj Trinidad & Tobago
<br />· Hurricane Damage Recovery Programs. Principal in Charge of the contract with FOOT District One for the
<br />management of the recovery effort after the 2004 and 2005 hurricanes, resulting in the administration of
<br />over $100 M in various contracts.
<br />· Texas Tech University in EI Paso, Texas. Construction Management oversight for an $8 M Expansion Clinic
<br />representing Federal Insurance Company.
<br />· Coliseo de Puerto Rico, San Juan, Puerto Rico. Construction management oversight for the construction of
<br />a $140 M multipurpose sports arena with capacity for 22,000 spectators representing Federal Insurance
<br />Company.
<br />· FEMA-funded Reconstruction Program, Miami-Dade County. Dr. Mallol was the project director and
<br />program manager for engineering and construction of over 3,000 sites damaged by floods in Miami-Dade
<br />County. The $350 M program included the participation of over 150 consultant and contractors working
<br />under Dr. Mallol's supervision.
