Services also include: roadway <br />design and right-of-way surveys, field investigations, utility adjustment plans, signalization, lighting, <br />landscape plans, and sidewalk upgrades. <br />o Mile Marker 30 Scramble Lanes (Big Pine Key), Monroe County, FL - Drainage design for milling and <br />resurfacing project including the addition of a paved median or two-way left tum lane to the existing <br />two-lane and three-lane undivided roadway sections of SR 5 (US 1) / Overseas Highway.
