<br />Angel L. Fernandez has over 13 years of experience in plumbing/fire protection drafting, designing and effective
<br />interaction with clients. Mr. Fernandez is in charge of overseeing the coordination of mechanical, electrical,
<br />plumbing and CAD trades as well as completion of plans and specifications for all plumbing, water, gas,
<br />stormwater, sanitary, site drainage, sprinklers, and fire standpipes systems for various types of installations.

<br />and construction support services of a 24,000-sq. ft. maintenance garage and office facilities.
<br />. Districts 1 & 4 Garages and Borough Offices, Brooklyn, NY - Senior Plumbing/FP Engineer for the vehicle
<br />garage maintenance buildings, which accommodate employee facilities, a salt storage shed and parking.
<br />. LaGuardia Bus Depot and Maintenance Building Renovations, Queens, NY - Senior Plumbing/FP Engineer
<br />for a 97,400-sq. ft. floor area dedicated to the repair and maintenance of buses. The project includes the
<br />removal and replacement of a heating and ventilation system.
<br />. Eastchester Bus Depot, New Roofing and Ventilation System at Maintenance Building Eastchester Bus
<br />Depot, Bronx, NY - Senior Plumbing/FP Engineer for the new ventilation and dehumidification system
<br />conceived to serve the subject maintenance and repair facility. The floor area for the Eastchester Bus
<br />Depot is approximately 22,500 sq. ft. dedicated to the repair and maintenance of the buses.

<br />in Design' Award from the New York City Art Commission.
<br />. AMTRAK Tunnels, NY & NJ - Senior Plumbing/FP Engineer, responsibe for the plumbing and fire protection
<br />design of a 15-mile tunnel between NY and NJ.
<br />. NYC DPR Herman A MacNeil Park, NY - Senior Plumbing/FP Engineer providing incidental services related
<br />to the reconstruction of the drainage system at the park. Scope of work included the design of RPZ, meter
<br />and water fountain.
