We would like to be part <br />of the team that makes a difference in making the <br />Town a better place to live} work} commute and play. <br />Our approach is guided by the nationally accepted <br />benchmarkforthe design} construction} and operation <br />of high performance buildings. This process gives <br />building owners and operators the tools they need <br />to have an immediate and measurable impact on <br />their buildings' performance. We promote a whole- <br />building approach to sustainability by recognizing <br />performance in five key areas of human and <br />environmental health: sustainable site development} <br />water savings} energy efficiency} materials selection} <br />and indoor environmental quality. <br />· Quality Assurance & Quality Control <br />The management of the CSA is dedicated to quality <br />production and has inspired its employees to follow <br />this principle while performing their daily work <br />activities. Management strongly believes that quality <br />is conformance to established requirements and <br />meeting the expectations of our clients. <br />Quality assurance procedures are directed towards <br />all technical activities, but it is recognized that quality <br />is an individual responsibility and is applicable to all <br />staff members. As projects become larger and more <br />complex} more people become involved. Project <br />management} communication and teamwork <br />assume greater importance and lead to more <br />specific structuring of the project team. We believe <br />in a continuing quality improvement program that is <br />directed towards error prevention rather than error <br />correction. <br />Asthe Town Consultant} the above referenced concept <br />will be expected from the designers performing the <br />assigned tasks. The CSA Quality Control Manager will <br />conduct periodic reviews of the consultants and the <br />different phases of the assigned tasks. The reviews <br />will be conducted to evaluate procedures} staffing} <br />criteria used} and documentation.
