The Grove Park project area is defined as the area bounded by <br />NE 7th Street, W. Flagler Street, NW 17th Avenue and NW 22nd Avenue. The intent of the General Development Report is to <br />evaluate the existing road and drainage conditions, develop alternative improvements and cost estimates, and to recommend <br />apreferred alternative.
