<br />PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Mr. Hadad a Professional Surveyor and Mapper and the President of
<br />HADONNE CORP., an established land surveying and mapping Firm located in South Florida since 2001. Mr.
<br />Hadad is responsible for the leadership and management of the survey activities in the firm and has over 20 years
<br />of experience and extensive knowledge of the theories, principles and practices in the land surveying field. He
<br />has the ability to apply advanced technologies in the preparation of land surveying documents and legal
<br />instruments and documents required to obtain or convey interests in land for public purposes. During his career
<br />he has served in different capacities in a variety of survey projects for the Florida Department of Transportation,
<br />Miami-Dade County, Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, City of Miami, and the private sector. Mr. Hadad has
<br />performed and managed all types of surveying services including: Design Surveys, Right-of-Way Control Surveys,
<br />Right-of-Way Mapping, Platting, Construction Layout, As-built Surveys and Drainage Surveys. He has shown a
<br />great capacity to direct and coordinate the work of field and office employees in a highly conducive manner for the
<br />purpose of performance and high morale. Mr. Hadad is responsible for the coordination of the major aspects of
<br />each project from its approval to its completion and by applying design criteria and Land Surveying technical
<br />Standards.

<br />City of Doral, Doral Park Country Club, 4824 NW
<br />104 Ave.: Prepared Map of Boundary and
<br />Topographic Survey of approximately 12.16 acres.
<br />Topographic/elevations of all aboveground features.
<br />Horizontal and Vertical Control Survey. Right of Way
<br />lines and Lot lines verified, served as Project
<br />Surveyor.

<br />Miami-Dade County Transit ROW & Util. Division,
<br />MIC Earlington Heights Connector Project:
<br />Provided Map of Boundary and Topographic Survey
<br />for the acquisition of 5 parcels of land for the MIC
<br />Earlington Heights project for MD County Transit ROW
<br />& Utility Division Overtown Transit Village.

<br />Town of Medley, NW 138th S1. starting 200 ft South
<br />of Okeechobee Rd. and extendin~ to the railroad,
<br />and 300 ft. of ROW along NW 113 Ave. Rd. going
<br />for 300 f1.: Prepared Map of Topographic and Right of
<br />Way Survey. Elevation every 25' for the entire length
<br />of ROW, location and rim elevation of all
<br />manholes/catch basins, of all visible utilities.

<br />Town of Medley Flood Mitigation Project: Right of
<br />Way Mapping and Topographic Survey of over 36,000
<br />L.F. of Section 4-53-40, lying Southwesterly of the
<br />F.E.C. Rail Road in the Town of Medley
<br />
<br />City of Miami Gardens, NW 42 Ave. Bridge
<br />Replacement, Miami-Dade County: Provided
<br />Horizontal and Vertical Control Survey, Topographic
<br />Survey of all the ROW along the project corridor,
<br />performed a Detail Bridge Survey - location of all Pile
<br />Caps and measurements, took canal soundings.

<br />Town of Medley, NW South River Drive Corridor:
<br />Survey and Mapping Services. Prepared a base map
<br />of NW South River Drive with Boundaries of the Town
<br />of Medley. Requested from SFWMD the Canal 5 Base
<br />Line Control Survey to digitize the base line and Canal
<br />Right of Ways.

<br />Miami-Dade Public Works Department, SW 2ih
<br />Avenue from US1 to Bay Shore Drive: Boundary,
<br />Topographic, & Specific Purpose Survey for Miami
<br />Dade County Public Works Right of Way Division.
<br />Provided location of all visible fixed improvements
<br />within project limits, including roadway pavement,
<br />driveways (type of driveways), sidewalks, walkways,
<br />mailboxes, fences, trees (including trunk diameter),
<br />etc. Provided locations of all visible above ground
<br />utilities. Invert elevations for existing storm water and
<br />sanitary manholes, and/or existing inlets and catch
<br />basins. Right-of-way lines from Plats for SW 27th Ave
<br />and all cross streets.

<br />NE 87th S1. from NW 2nd Ave. to Farm Road and
<br />along N Miami Ave., City of EI Portal: Horizontal and
<br />Vertical Control Survey, Topographic Survey, Digital
<br />Terrain Model (DTM), served as Project Surveyor.
