Per t.he CAS developed master plan, CAS designed <br />and permitted the stormwater improvements within an area of the Village of significant <br />historical flooding concerns. <br />. NE 12dh Street Culvert Improvements, Okeechobee County, Florida. 2008 - on-going. <br />Design and permitting of stormwater improvements within a low income housing area <br />funded by a CDBG from Hurricane Wilma. <br />. Lloyd Estates Drainage and Water Improvements, Oakland Park, Florida. 2007 - on- <br />going. Design and permitting of a stormwater retrofit project within an area of <br />significant historical flooding. Project funded by CAS obtained FEMA HMGP grant with a <br />FDEP loan and City funds. <br />.
