Conduct review in accordance with established <br />criteria, engineering principles, and normal construction practices to produce a written <br />report in a prescribed format. Coordinate reviews with the SFWMD, FDEP, and/or County <br />agencies. Expedite the reviews of sensitive applications on request. Conduct site visits, <br />pre-application meetings, track licensed projects through FOXPRO database applications, <br />and advise on matters in addition to surface water management license applications as <br />necessary such as conflict resolutions, and responding to surface water quality and <br />flooding complaints. Initiate progressive enforcement actions for violations of the <br />Broward County Code. Participate in division budget process for each fiscal year. <br />Conducted license application fee comparison study within the tri-county area including <br />Hillsboro County. Supervise a staff of four employees; two engineers and two inspectors. <br /> <br />Headed the delegation of the Environmental Resource Permitting program for Broward <br />County from the SFWMD and FDEP (delegation approved Spring 2001). <br /> <br />CRAIG A.
