<br />Relevant Experience
<br />Oscar Robayna has acted as Project Engineer and being actively involved in the development of more than
<br />150 proj ects. Some related ones are:
<br />
<br />· Bonavida Condominium Association, Aventura, FI. The scope contained Surveying and Engineering
<br />services for drainage improvements of parking lot. Services include boundary and topographic survey,
<br />plans design deep drainage well design and permitting, tree permits and municipal permits, paving,
<br />grading and drainage design and plans preparation, pavement signing and marking. Other services in
<br />the construction phase like project administration and meetings, assistance in the selection of
<br />contractor, construction administration and field inspections, shop drawings review and final
<br />certification.

<br />· SW / NW62nd Ave. from SW 240. to Tamiami Canal Road. As sub consultant to APCT Engineering.
<br />The scope of services for this project started with the right-of-way determination and preparation of a
<br />based right-of-way map for the alignment to be used for the master plans preparation by the prime
<br />consultant, detailed route topographic survey throughout the entire length of the project, pavement
<br />marking, signing and canalization plans with traffic calming at portions, MOT and maintenance of
<br />traffic.
<br />
<br />· Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Federal Aviation Administration. Surveying and engineering services to
<br />modify a portion of an existing parking lot for the FAA to relocate an Airplane Surveillance Radar
<br />from the Fort Lauderdale Airport to a site West of 1-95. Included right-of-way connection, tree
<br />relocation, concrete pavement design, culvert design and regrading of the site. Additionally, there was
<br />a relocation of a water main and new sewer service. This included all necessary surface water
<br />management permits thru the relevant Broward County departments and SFWMD.

<br />· San Miguel Shopping Center. Miami, FL. San Miguel Properties, LLC.- This project consists of a
<br />shopping center with a separate building for a bank. The project required the design and construction
<br />of on-site and off-site water transmission and fire lines, sewer collection systems, wetland permitting
<br />with SFWMD and MDC DERM, parking lot design, paving and drainage systems, including a DOT
<br />frontage entrance and swale design, structural design, coordination of building design, environmental
<br />assessment, site planning. Also performed construction management for entire project including the
<br />building.

<br />· Venetian Causeway Streetscape Improvements, - MDC PWD. Sub-Consultant to Kimley-Horn and
<br />Assoc. - Engineering design for the Venetian Causeway. Including road alignment modifications with
