<br />· NW 3ih Ave, Area Water & Sewer Improvements Project. MDC W ASD. Contract MISC-21, GOB-
<br />70267. The project consisted route and topographic survey for water distribution and sanitary sewage
<br />collection improvements from NW 41 5t Street to NW 51 5t St. between NW 3 5th Ave. and NW 36th Ave.
<br />
<br />· Federal Correctional Institute. U.S. Department of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons F.C.I.-GSA.
<br />Miami, FL. Boundary survey of five (5) acre tracts within the Federal Penitentiary and the Gold Coast
<br />Rail Road Museum. Verification and establishment of horizontal control points, geometry and
<br />calculations, legal descriptions and sketch of survey. Monumentation was set as per new legal
<br />description to create evidence of said five (5) acre tract. A complete detailed boundary survey was
<br />created via CADD to depict new parcel as part of the Federal Penitentiary. These legal will serve as the
<br />basis for a land exchange between agencies.

<br />· Tradition at Kendall. Miami, FL. Atlantis Development, LLC - A 220 unit residential development at
<br />SW 80th St. and SW 159th Ave. Consists of boundary and topographic survey, lake sections,
<br />preparation oflegal descriptions w/sketch for Special Taxing District and ALTA Survey. Including site
<br />plan approval, lake filling and the entire required infrastructure for a land development project i.e., 8";
<br />as well as 8" gravitational sewer and 6" force mains and private lift station to serve the project.
<br />Preparation of Final Plat.

<br />· Titan Cement Plant Access Road & Tarmac Pennsucco Cement Plant. Miami, FI. Titan America. The
<br />project consists of the topographic surveying, drainage investigation and design for a 4-lane divided
<br />arterial and with connections to two major arterials, and many local roads. Survey, planning, design
<br />and permitting of a new access road and traffic circulation re-routing within the plant, with new access
<br />to NW 106th St., including earthwork, identification of structures to be demolished, paving and
<br />drainage plans with connection to existing facilities, stormwater management design and permitting,
<br />lighting, communication lines duct banks, gated entrance, parking, culvert crossing, left turn lane into
<br />site with new curb cut, signalization and pavement marking, etc.

<br />· Greenways-Black Trail Segment A. From Black Creek Marina to Penny Thompson Park, Miami, FL.
<br />MDC Park and Recreations Dept. Project 600712-08-001- Topographic and Route Survey of
<br />approximately 9.10 Miles for SFWMD Canal ROW for the enhancement and park pedestrian path
<br />engineering design. The project consists of performing a route survey mostly along the Black Creek
<br />Canal r-o-w for the purposes of construction a bikeway and multiple recreational use paths. Survey
<br />consisted of tying the baseline to established control by Miami-Dade County and South Florida Water
<br />Management District using GPS technology. Topographic survey included location of top of bank,
<br />noted erosion locations, existing trail, trees, drastic variations in elevation, fences, guardrails, poles,
<br />etc. On arterial as well as local roads intersecting the route, do a detailed topographic survey of all
<br />improvements for a width of at least 100 feet and extending into the canal right of way, The project
<br />extends on both ends into County parks, Black Creek Park in the South and Larry and Penny
<br />Thompson Park in the North.
<br />
<br />· Crane Electrification at Wharfs I and II Port of Miami. Miami-Dade County Seaport Dept. Sub-
<br />consultant to Comtech Engineering. Project extents for 2900 If, Land surveyor in charge of research
<br />plats, maps as well as horizontal and vertical reference monumentation for field crew visiting site.
<br />Stakeout electrical manholes and electrical pits with 10' and 15' offsets with grades. Provide plan and
<br />profile as-builts for manhole's drainpipes and trenches in state plane coordinates per plan.
