Route and rights-of-way <br />topographic survey of portions of Bull Run Road, Main Street, Meadow Walk Road, Miami Lakeway <br />North, and Miami Lakes Dr. Included right-of-way location, full topographic survey, elevations <br />survey, accessible underground utilities survey, location of structures, etc. To be used by prime <br />consultant Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. in the preparation of Roadway Street and Drainage <br />Improvements Plans including lake outfall. <br /> <br />· Bonavida Condominium. Bonavida Condominium Association, City of Aventura, Fl. The project <br />consists of upgrading the drainage system and resurfacing of a parking lot. Our services included a <br />boundary topographic survey for engineering services. The approximate size is 2.5 Acre. This project <br />is current. <br /> <br />· Various Projects for the City of Opa-locka. NW 143rd Street Drainage Project, NW 2ih Ave. from <br />Sharar Ave to Dunad Ave. and Lift Station NO.5 Rehabilitation Project at NW 135th Street and 24th <br />Ave. These projects included land surveying services including full right-of-way and topographic <br />survey and prepared legal descriptions for easements. <br /> <br />· US Coast Guard Station. The services included boundary and topographic <br />survey, including underground utility locations by using ground penetrating radar method, and utility <br />as-built information. The project consist of boundary and specific purpose <br />survey of a 175 acre parcel located on NW 119th Street and NW 25th Ave. Location of Country Club <br />historical building and parking area. Also location of golf course lakes, and determination of elevations <br />of surrounding streets. <br /> <br />· Government Cut Tunnel Design-Build Criteria Package Survey, Geotechnical and Engineering <br />Services- Sub-consultant for AECOM Technical. This project consist of survey, utility engineering and <br />assisting in planning and design a criteria package for a tunnel to accommodate a 54-inch sanitary <br />sewer force main from Miami Beach, through Fisher Island to the Virginia Key Treatment Plant, and a <br />tunnel from Fisher Island to the Port of Miami. Including land connections and required pump stations <br />on Miami Beach & Fisher Island. Provide engineering data. This project required that Miami Beach, <br />Fisher Island, Virginia Key and Port of Miami (four land masses) be tied into a single survey, which <br />had never been done before and required extensive GPS Control Survey. <br /> <br />40 <br />
