The services consisted of right-of- <br />way survey, plans design for stormwater and drainage improvements, pavement signing and marking, <br />utility coordination and shop drawing review and construction administration. <br /> <br />· SW / NW62nd Ave. from SW 24th to NW 7th St. E03-PW-02. As sub consultant to APCT Engineering. <br />The scope of services for this project started with the right-of-way determination and preparation of a <br />based right-of-way map for the alignment to be used for the master plans preparation by the prime <br />consultant, detailed route topographic survey throughout the entire length of the project, pavement <br />marking, signing and canalization plans with traffic calming at portions. <br /> <br />· Miami Lakes Drive Improvements Project. Town of Miami Lakes Project. Boundaries from SR826 to <br />NW 57th Ave. This project consisted of route location and topographic survey, preparation of roadway <br />master plan, full roadway plans and drainage design, culvert design, landscaping design, pavement <br />marking, signage signalization and plans preparation. <br /> <br />· San Miguel Shopping Center. Miami, FL. San Miguel Properties, LLC.- This project consists of a <br />shopping center with a separate building for a bank. The project required the design and construction <br />of on-site and off-site water transmission and fire lines, sewer collection systems, wetland permitting <br />with SFWMD and MDC DERM, parking lot design, paving and drainage systems, including a DOT <br />frontage entrance and swale design, structural design, coordination of building design, environmental <br />assessment, site planning. Also performed construction management for entire project including the <br />building. <br /> <br />FEMA-DORM Drainage Improvement Project. Miami Dade County DORM. Miami, FL. Around 80 <br />miles of roadways at various locations at Miami-Dade County of general engineering services for <br />drainage and pavement restoration improvements for areas damaged by passing hurricane. Project <br />consisted of boundary and topographic survey, including setting of vertical control points, location of <br />all existing features, ground elevations, canal sections, Right-of-Way and utility verification <br />engineering services.
