<br />· Various Street Improvement Projects. MDC OCED. Glenwood, Opa-Locka Blvd. drainage and
<br />beautification project, West Perrine Andrew Subdivision, Homestead Ave Beautification Project and
<br />South Moton Street Improvement Project. The services consisted of right-of-way survey, site
<br />investigation, plans design for stormwater and drainage improvements, pavement signing and marking,
<br />utility coordination and shop drawing review,
<br />
<br />a Venetian Causeway Streetscape Improvements, Miami Beach, FL. Miami Dade County PWD. Project
<br />662519- Sub consultant to Kimley-Horn and Associates. The Venetian Causeway is approximately
<br />10,560 If of roadway with a variable right-of-way. The project boundaries extend from Alton Road to
<br />the western boundary of the City of Miami Beach and from Bayshore Drive to eastern boundary of the
<br />City of Miami. The objective of this project is to provide beautification enhancements and
<br />improvements to the Venetian Causeway. Our services included new road alignment with a curb and
<br />gutter, bicycle path and pedestrian sidewalks, storm water drainage improvements, landscape and
<br />lighting, pavement marking, and shop drawings review.

<br />· Sweetwater Drainage, Street Improvements and Beautification. City of Sweetwater. Area of Flagler
<br />Street to SW 4th St. and SW 109th Ave. to SW 1 14th Ave. This project consists of land surveying,
<br />planning, drainage and street design, landscaping and tree planting and plans preparation for the
<br />neighborhood street improvement, as well as construction administration and management.

<br />· Melrose Street Improvement Project. MDC PWD. The project consisted of right-of-way surveying,
<br />drainage investigation and preparation of drainage design plans for a quarter of a square mile of streets
<br />with combination of residential, commercial, schools, County's bus maintenance facility, trailer park,
<br />industrial uses, etc. The design portion of the project also included field investigation, environmental
<br />phase I study, stomlwater management, street pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, landscaping,
<br />pavement marking, signage, etc.

<br />· Needs Assessment Program Various Projects. MDC W ASD. Consisted of utility improvement
<br />program for areas of special needs within the County as well as General Obligation Bond (GOB)
<br />projects. The scope included route surveys for the design and installation of water mains, planning,
<br />engineering design, project management, pennitting assistance, public information outreach, bid
<br />packaging, construction management, utility conflict coordination, QNQC, cost estimating, scheduling
<br />and other tasks.
