Required constmction of access roads and <br />sewer collection system to serve the project. Involved permitting thru DERM. <br /> <br />· San Miguel Property Shopping Center. San Miguel Properties, LLC. Provided site work, which <br />included 1,000 LF of 12" Water Main on-site and off-site. The project required design and <br />construction of sewer collection systems, wetland permitting thru SFWMD and MDC DERM, parking <br />lot design, paving and drainage systems design, structural design, coordination of building design, <br />environmental assessment, site planning, and construction administration. <br /> <br />· Ibis Villas at Doral. Biltmore Enterprises, LLC. This project consisted of 196 residential Unit <br />Condominium with multiple low rise buildings located at NW 90th St. and NW 109th Ave. The services <br />provided include boundary and topographic survey, platting, civil engineering design for 1,650 LF of <br />12" and 4,150 LF of 8" water lines as well as 1,600 LF of 12" force main and W ASD regional pump <br />station. Also included design paving and drainage of the interior projects roads and portions of NW <br />90th St, NW 142 Ave and NW 109 Ave, Provided environmental wetland permitting thru SFWMD <br />and USCOE. <br /> <br />· Tradition at Kendall. Jamestown Properties, LLC.
