Phase I Environmental Site <br />Assessment for approximately 2 Acre Residential site. <br />This Assignment consisted of the preparation of an Environmental Site Assessment in accordance with the <br />regulations of the Federal Community Development Grants, the Miami-Dade County's "Minimum <br />Requirements for Phase I Environmental Audits", and ASTM E-1527-97 "Standard Practices for <br />Environmental Site Assessments Process". Then site was field investigated, research of old documentation <br />like aerial photos and other publications as necessary, and DERM records reviewed to analyze any impact <br />to the project.
