J <br /> <br />'- J <br /> <br />I J <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />1'- j <br /> <br />Request for Qualifications No. 11-11-02 <br /> <br />lCIMA 's 12ualifications <br /> <br />C I tJ\A. <br /> <br />The following text describes the most recent projects which CIMA's professional staff provided Civil <br />Engineering services as a Prime Consultant. <br /> <br />St. Regis Resort and Residences - Bal Harbour, <br />FL.: Located on 1,000 feet of pristine beachfront and <br />surrounded by over nine acres of lushly landscaped <br />gardens, the St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and <br />Residences is comprised of 268 private residences, <br />183 hotel rooms, 37 condominium-hotel suites, and <br />24 factional residences housed in three glistening <br />glass towers that overlook the Atlantic Ocean. <br /> <br /> <br />Starwood Vacation Ownership retained the services <br />of CIMA to provide Civil Engineering and <br />Environmental Permitting services on a consulting <br />basis to review the Engineer of Record's design of <br />both the East and West ends of the project, which <br />function independently of one another, and to review <br />the drainage calculations. Upon completion of this <br />task design modifications were presented and new calculations were provided. CIMA was then brought <br />on to the project to assume the role of Engineer of Record for the job and to be responsible for all <br />approvals from the Florida Department of Transportation, Department of Environmental Protection, and <br />any other approvals required. <br /> <br />NE 15 Ave, from Miami Gardens Drive to NE 150 St. <br />- Miami-Dade County Public Works; Mr. Caamano <br />was the Design Project Manager responsible for the <br />coordination, design and preparation of construction <br />documents for the reconstruction of 1 mile of NE 15 <br />Ave. This project included roadway alignments <br />coordination, utility coordination, drainage, signing and <br />marking, and bridge design.
