Our team concept is to provide team <br />members which will serve as dual role or share responsibilities to provide efficiency in professional <br />services. <br /> <br />CIMA's professional staff consists of eight (8) full time employees in addition to the various sub- <br />consultants employed at various times by the firm. Our staff includes a full-time Office Support Manager <br />and four (4) Project Managers/Inspectors with multiple certifications (see below) to support our Civil <br />Engineering design team. A brief summation of our Civil Engineering team is as follows with detailed <br />resumes to follow. <br /> <br />Jose A. Gonzalez, P.E. - Mr. Gonzalez is the President and Senior Engineer for CIMA and will serve as <br />the overall Team Leader on this project, including directly supervising all work to be performed by CIMA <br />and coordination with all subconsultants and municipal agencies as required. Mr. Gonzalez has over <br />twenty-two (22) years of experience in the Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering and Management <br />profession and is familiar with all aspects of Civil design and the means and methods of construction. <br /> <br />Mr. Gonzalez earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and in the time since has earned the <br />following professional licenses and certifications: <br /> <br />. Certified Professional Engineer, State of Florida No. 47519 <br /> <br />Mr. Gonzalez has extensive experience in both the design and construction of roadway projects, <br />including ten (10) years working directly for the Florida Department of Transportation as a Project <br />Engineer on a variety of projects involving the construction of sidewalks, bike paths, drainage, signing <br />and signalization improvements. In 1999 Mr Gonzalez founded CIMA Engineering Corp. with a <br />specialized focus on Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services. <br /> <br />Gilbert Caamano - Mr. Caamano is a Project Manager/Project Engineer for CIMA. Mr. Caamano has <br />over thirty-two (32) years of experience in the Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering and <br />Management profession and has worked on a wide-range of roadway, bridge, water and sewer projects <br />in his career with a specialty in the design of water, wastewater, paving, grading, and drainage systems. <br /> <br />Mr. Caamano studied Civil Engineering and in the course of his professional career he has earned the <br />following professional certifications: <br /> <br />. Underground Utilities Contractor - State of Florida No. 1224892 <br /> <br />Vladimir Melguizovski, E.!. - Mr. Melguizovski is a Project Engineer for CIMA. Mr. Melguizovski has <br />eleven (11) years experience in the Civil Engineering/Construction Engineering and Management <br />Profession and has worked on projects ranging from roadways and bridges to the North Terminal <br />Development Program at Miami International Airport. <br /> <br />Mr. Melguizovski earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in <br />Construction Management.
