<br />inspections and construction coordination/observations under the supervision of a registered professional engineer.
<br />Specifically as the town engineer for the Town of Surfside, Florida in Miami-Dade County, and the types of projects
<br />had been predominately public works related projects such as pump Station rehabilitation, Master Sewer System
<br />Analysis, new infrastructure connections to the Town System. Perform Field inspections of public works related
<br />improvements to the Town by private developer projects.

<br />construction company specializing in Hotel Renovations around the country. Other responsibilities included on site
<br />management of projects as well as off site (office) management of projects, coordination between our crews and
<br />subcontractors performing other task on project. Projects completed: Sheraton New Orleans in New Orleans,
<br />Louisiana & The Renaissance Vinoy Resort in St. Petersburg, Florida

<br />inspections and construction coordination/observations under the supervision of a registered professional engineer.

<br />for numerous projects, The types of projects I was responsible for where predominately educational facilities for
<br />Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Broward Community College and the University of Miami. The projects include
<br />such civil engineering work as water and sewer design, utilities relocation, drainage, paving and marking, roadway
<br />design and coordination with Architects, contractors and other design disciplines. In addition I was involved in, design,
<br />design build and criteria development and supervision for Miami-Dade County Public School projects.

<br />Ford Engineering, Inc. - GIS Analyst! Civil Design Engineer. I was responsible for the design of various Civil Engineering
<br />projects and use of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) software on Civil Engineering projects the firm had under
<br />contract. We used GIS software to create drainage design maps showing drainage areas and other related information, We
<br />also provided GIS services in conjunction with the environmental analysis that where performed by the Firm.

<br />GEOPAK, Inc.(Beiswenger, Hoch And Associates) - Director of Marketing & Sales. I was responsible for the development
<br />and management of the sales and marketing department for the company. This included the creation of both departments;
<br />define the structure and job responsibilities, as well as the day-to-day management of these groups. The areas of technical
<br />support and training fell under this umbrella which I was in direct control as to what and how things where being done. This
<br />company develops Civil engineering software for Site design but more prominently for highway design.

<br />Digital Matrix Services - GIS Analysis/Sales Engineer. I was responsible for the analysis of potential or existing customers
<br />technical GIS needs and provide a solution. The solution obviously included the implementation of the company's GIS
<br />software InFoCAD. I began my career with Digital Matrix as a technical support technician. Then promoted to a software-
<br />training instructor, after a period of six months I was given the added task of providing to the sales force my experience in
<br />the use of the software. In this new capacity as an analyst, I was responsible in assessing the needs of the customer and
<br />how to best implement the InFoCAD GIS Software for the specific function required by the customer.

<br />plans, signing and marking plans, maintenance of traffic plans and quantities computations and preparation.

<br />H.J. Ross & Associates - Design Engineer. I was responsible for Highway Design & Traffic Signalization plans for
<br />county & state DOT projects. In the area of Highway Design, I was responsible for plan and profile construction plans,
<br />signing and marking plans, maintenance of traffic plans and quantities computations and preparation. In the area of
<br />Traffic Signalization I was responsible for locating existing utilities designing traffic signal layouts & phase diagrams,
<br />pavement markings and signing.
