<br />cost estimates and bids for both private and government work. As project Engineer/Manager I am responsible for
<br />ordering all the required materials for the construction of the project. I manage the sequence and crews (water,
<br />sewer, drainage, earthwork, roadwork, curbs, etc.) working on a project. Review any and all field problems and
<br />coordinate solutions in conjunction with the Design Engineers and Agencies. Presently Managing Miami-Dade

<br />EB Developers -Site, Civil & Utilities Coordinator, As the owners representative I was responsible for the complete
<br />development of the site civil for the Landmark @ Doral Project. This included all the on site water, sewer construction,
<br />the paving grading and drainage work as well as the off- site improvements to NW 107 Ave and the development and
<br />construction of a traffic signal at NW 66 St and the relocation of an existing signal mast pole at NW 58 St. In addition
<br />to the role of on-site supervision of the site development I was directly responsible for the coordination of all other
<br />utilities on site such as power, telephone, cable TV and gas, This included the design and layout of all facilities and
<br />coordination of its installation. In addition, I assisted the overall project manager in the vertical construction aspect of
<br />the project.

<br />managers. I oversaw all engineering design. I performed field inspections and construction coordination/observations

<br />and assisted President in marketing efforts, fee proposals, and contract administration for numerous projects. The
<br />types of projects have been both County Highway Section projects and private sector General Civil Engineering
<br />projects. The projects include such civil engineering work as water and sewer design, utilities relocation, drainage,
<br />paving and marking, roadway design and coordination with Architects, contractors and other design disciplines and
