Our methods and strategies to comply with these important TEAM objectives of Time and Budget and Quality Control are explained in more detailed in the following sections. Project and Construction Team Management: Team CIMA understands the importance of quality project coordination and communication. The breakdown of project communication can begin with incomplete or erroneous plans, an inadequate understanding of the plans and specifications by the Contractor or inspection staff, a lack of coordination and understanding of the work prior to commencing operations. Not understanding or conforming to requirements is a road to failure. The best method to ensure success is to make sure proper communication is established. An early requirement is a "constructability review" of the project documents. This will minimize the potential effects of unforeseen conditions, error and omissions. Team CIMA promotes cooperation through coordinated efforts with all relevant parties of a project with which we are involved. We realize the importance of keeping the City informed of all significant design and construction activities. Before construction begins, we will establish the best possible method of keeping the City informed and up to date.
